Hurry up and Wait

It’s the night of the 8th.  We’ve finally made it to the plane that takes us to Tel Aviv.  The journey to this point has been long.  And, complete, I might add since I split an Auntie Anne’s pretzel with Ashley.  The day has been a hurry-up-and-wait day, full of delays from rainy weather in the SE.  By the time we finally made it to NY, the plane, which had been waiting on us was full of impatient passengers and staff.
So far, I have forgotten my jacket.  It’s okay; I have another.  Other than that, no major glitches.  I’ll keep hoping.
This last plane is huge.  I have no idea how many people are on this, but a few houses could fit inside.
We had our first feeding minutes ago.  It sounded promising, but tasted like frozen, processed food.  But, I’m not here for the grub.  J
Hopefully the cough drops and I can cozy up enough for an eight-hour nap.
The flight is almost 11 hours long.
